Unsubscribing from Groupmail Messages

It is unlawful to collect the email addresses listed on the website without consent by means of an email address collection program or any other technical device. Violations of this are subject to criminal penalty under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50 (2) of Information and Communications Network Act
No one shall collect email address listed on the internet website, which clarifies prohibition of collecting email addresses, by means of an email address collection program or any other technical device.
No one shall distribute collected email addresses obtained in violation of section (1) of this article.
No one shall release said email addresses, when he or she knows or knowingly acknowledges that the collection, sale, and distribution of email addresses is prohibited under section (1) and (2) of this article.
